Meet our
team.
Our Commitment to Growth & Learning.
At XYSTON, we embrace the disability support sector’s constant evolution as an opportunity to empower participants more effectively. That’s why ongoing professional development is at the heart of our operations. Through regular, NDIS-mandated training—such as the Commission’s refreshed 2025 Worker Orientation and Positive Behaviour Support modules—our team stays current on compliance, trauma-informed practices, and innovative coordination strategies. This focus ensures we deliver cutting-edge Support Coordination that adapts to diverse needs, reducing barriers and enhancing outcomes like 20-25% greater goal achievement in capacity-building, as highlighted in NDIS participant surveys.
Led by Director Chas Walker, XYSTON draws from over a decade of frontline expertise in operational management, risk mitigation, and strategic planning—specialising since 2016 in supports for schizophrenia, neurological conditions, and cognitive disorders. Chas’s compassionate vision inspires a culture of excellence, guiding our team to prioritise participant autonomy and dignity in every coordination plan, in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and 2025 Practice Standards.
Our multidisciplinary team is the foundation of our success, each role aligned with NDIS Practice Standards to provide safe, person-centred Support Coordination.
